Our home is on one of the largest lots in this conservation neighborhood. It is set on an acre and a third, providing privacy in many directions. There are bamboo floors or tile in all rooms. The great room is attached to the kitchen, and there is a dining room and formal living room as well. The house has two master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs one has a very soft queen mattress with a beautiful, large shower and single sink and an extra vanity. The other two upstairs bedrooms have a joint bathroom with double sinks and a typical bath/shower combination, but with beautiful tile. One of these bedrooms is small, 10 x 12, with an organic, firm latex mattress for those with allergies. There is a playroom/exercise room with a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed if needed for a fifth sleeping area. The backyard in the spring is delightful and private as it is mostly wooded. You have a screened porch and a patio from which to enjoy the nature. There are walking trails and boardwalks galore along the river and through the woods if you want to get out and enjoy Mother Nature. We have bikes for you as well. Part of the backyard is fenced for pets to enjoy.
