Outdoor kitchen gazebo, including large screen TV, grill, smoker, refrigerator and kitchen sink. Outdoor sports bar pavilion has two bar sinks and refrigerator, ice maker machine, large screen outdoor TV and bartender station outdoor bar can seat up to 20 guests (bar stools available). Gorgeous outdoor stone fireplace burns real wood; outdoor sectional sofa and sitting bench area provides comfortable sitting around fireplace; separate firepit provides another cozy area for gathering . Two outdoor fountains sit in the middle of two beautiful flower planters; outdoor trail in the backyard with 10 post lanterns, spot lights and pathway lights along paved sidewalks leading to the pond and beautiful natural scenery. This house has two separate driveways, plus another long circular driveway. The main driveway is a double width driveway that leads to main floor garage parking, back deck, and wooden stairs to the Backyard Outdoor Activity Center (outdoor kitchen gazebo, outdoor sports bar pavilion and swimming pool). The second driveway leads to a double gate entrance directly to the Outdoor Activity Center which will facilitate party equipment/supply drop off. Then the circular driveway connects the main driveway and the second driveway; together this property can park 25 cars.
