Home Description
Cozy, immaculately clean home right inside gate of West Lake subdivision with large back porch overlooking a private backyard bordered by a beautiful, serene creek. Home has hardwood floors throughout downstairs, staircase and upstairs hall. Master bedroom is located downstairs with a king bed and walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub and double vanity. There is a living room with new furniture (2025) and a desk/computer for your use. The dining room seats 8 and the den is spacious with two oversized sofas and two large chairs and two sitting stools. Laundry room is downstairs with detergent and any other cleaning item you might need during your stay. The master bedroom TV is 65 inches and the updated den has a new 85-inch QLED TV with a beautiful picture. There are 3 spacious upstairs bedrooms with new plush carpet...one has a private bath and the other 2 share a hall bath. There is also a very private bonus room/bedroom upstairs with a Queen bed and a closet. This room would also need to share the hall bath. The bonus room also has a 48-inch TV, a treadmill, exercise ball and bike. The other 3 bedrooms have 50, 50, and 58 inch TVs. ALL upstairs bedrooms have very comfortable QUEEN beds with 2 new feather and 2 down alternative pillows per room. Providing comfort and a very clean environment is our goal; making our beds very comfortable with nice mattresses, new pillows and white plush bedding. Our home is also available for up to 2 weeks if needed. Our double car attached garage can be used for parking and we have an extra wide parking pad that parks 4-6 cars. WE ARE EXCITED TO HAVE JUST COMPLETED A NEW 28x26 FEET DETACHED GARAGE/ENTERTAINMENT ROOM (HVAC, 50-inch TV and refrigerator/freezer could be moved in from other garage if needed)! This room can be used for extra parking. * If a Host Home is desired, then this room addition with separate entrance could be used for entertaining/eating space and yard is big enough for a tent. A reasonable price would be negotiated if someone wishes to use for a host home.Pricing
