The Home is bright with calming vibes and tons of space to spread out. Either enjoy your stay by lounging poolside and grilling or snuggle on the couches watching your favorite shows in any of the living rooms. For extra privacy, the bedrooms are separate from the back living room. The back living room has reclining couches with attached charging stations. Salt water pool with Patio seating for up to 9 with large Umbrella. Propane Grill and gas fire table on patio. 2 lounge chairs and lighting for the perfect ambience. Pool is not heated. Each bedroom has it's own smart tv and remote-controlled adjustable queen-size bed. Fans overhead. Look in the closets to find clean towel sets, extra pillows, hangers. The bathrooms also provide extra clean towel sets, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash dispensers and detachable shower heads for your convenience. And of course, toilet paper. Kitchen appliances include microwave, oven, stovetop, ground coffee maker, toaster and blender. Pots & pans, plates, silverware, bowls as well, plus ground coffee. There are also various grilling utensils and seasonings. The recycling bin is in the pantry. The small side bar area includes a mixology set with numerous glassware options. The bar seats 3. Downstairs, there is a small workout area with weights up to 52Ibs, as well as an extra bathroom and a laundry area. The laundry washer comes with the detergent preloaded, as well as provided. There is a 1-2 person Sauna. The Cornhole set is stored here, but feel free to set up anywhere. The driveway is single-lane and fits up to two vehicles. Street Parking also available right out front. Please do not drive on grass. The home also provides beach towels, extra throw-blankets, and pillows. These are for your use during your stay and to remain with the home after your visit. Additional sleeping arrangements include a pull out bed from living room sofa, and a queen size air-mattress provided as needed.
